Hello, I've problem to make a PDF report

I've this database

and i want to make a report in PDF  formatted below based on the data above

My suggestion would be to use DataStudio to create a pivot table based on your data.

You can do this within AppSheet, but you need to create a separate table(s) and a bot to create files with a template, which to me is not as elegant/simple as using DataStudio.
