Report every changes to another table

Hi everyone,
I am a beginner in Appsheet, a really good environment but now I am a little stuck.

I build an app with all the employees, emails, name,โ€ฆ
When one employee is getting access or the IT department revokes access for an employee, they can update everything in the app.
This app is also for offboarding to check every account on each platform that was deleted.

Now I need to track every update in the sheet/app to be reported apart.
I have another sheet with the columns: user email, date, time, what, old value and new value.

So the columns where it will be reported are in the same order:
User email, date, time, where, old value, new value.

If it is possible, thank you in advance for the help.

Hi @Raphael_Attia

Are you looking for that ?

For users actions:

For app changes:

I mean the first one but in a sheet apart inside AppSheet.
I think we can do something in the Behavior tab then in Actions, but I did not understand how to monitor any changes in the sheets.
I will use a second sheet to report all of this in columns more accessible and friendly than this report.
Thank you in advance.

You may want to download this:

And adapt it into a sheet-ish version.

I do not see the manager downloading every time he wants to check the last changes/updates.
I want this information to be reported automatically with some sort of automation with action or bots in another sheet.

or maybe you can guide me to the right documentation on tracking users with actions or automationโ€ฆ
Thanks in advance

Hi @Raphael_Attia

Yes, here you are:

Alternatively, if you want to use bots for very specific cases:

Steve

Youโ€™d need to build your own auditing capability into your app using bots.

Bots and Actions yes?
I love to learn I just need a guideโ€ฆ

Yep. Add a bot on the monitored table that responds to all updates. The bot would invoke an action to add a new row to the audit table and include whatever information you want to include.

Capture.PNGOk
I chose Run a data action to the second table LOG

Add new rows of course.
But how to select data edited from the first table?

Thanks for the help

of note appsheet wonโ€™t track any changes made outside of appsheet.

Yes of course, my bad explanation.
