Reset Initial Value once Product is not Selected

Hi Guys Just wanna ask help regarding reset on edit

First, I select list in Product Interests then i entered values below

Second, but i change my mind and i want different product

i want to reset the values of product i selected first back to “0/zero” upon checking on database the first and second product i selected still have a value.

what’s happening on my database is like this

I’ve tried some formula on ResetOnEdit but still values are still there on the first selected list

Then Check reset - onEdit
