Reset On Edit usage in Appsheet

Hi,

I have a [Split] column and  associated [batch] and [Qty-Batch] column.

If [Split]='yes' then user gets to edit [batch] else [Qty-Batch] column. I want to use the reset on edit feature on columns [batch] and [Qty-Batch] columns. If a user changes their input from yes to no in [Split] then the previously filled values in either of the dependent columns should re

Reset on edit sounds like the right technique. Do you have a question?

yes, I want to use Reset on Edit to set the row value of [batch] and [Qty-Batch] columns based on yes/no response in [[Split] column.

If [Split] column='yes' then [batch] should be 0

on yes/no response in [[Split] column.

If [Split] column='no' then [Qty-Batch] should be 0
