Reset values from the second update.

Once updated [add stock] the last number added remains in the box.
Using initial value = 0 anyway, the last updated value doesn't disappear.

How do I reset the values after inserted or updated?

You could evaluate reset on edit property, even though what exactly you are attempting is not clear.
