Restrict users to see only their category

Hi guys, i’m building an app for user report and the reports are categorized by departments I have 20 different departments on the app, and I created a “report” sheet with a “comments” sheet referencing “report” sheet, and I created a department column with all the department names.

Can i limit each user to see only their department? and how to do that
