We have several Apps that have many levels of approvals. On occasion, the "Next Approver" delays approving, so we added a BOT that will send a reminder to the next approver. This BOT runs on the condition that a certain field called "Reminder" is not blank. We take the name that is in the Next Approver field and populate the Reminder field and send an email. Once the email is sent, we clear out the Reminder field. We use this same process in many apps, but in one particular app, and only on occasion, when the Remind Next Approver BOT is run, it clears out SOME of the data in the record. Can't understand/explain why/when this happens. Does anyone else have issues with data being erased upon running a BOT?
