Your question can mean a lot of things
Sharing an app have three options
- Can Edit Definitions
- Can View Definitions
- Can use app
In can use the app, you can also limit users if they can add, edit, delete, or view only the data.
If you set it as view only, your app is simply like a database they can search info from.
If this is what you need, you can do it by settings conditions on each table. Open the table, select View Table, and use the flask icon where you see see buttons for Adds, Edits, Deletes, and Read Only.
