SMS Message using Custom Twilio

I'm trying to send SMS using my custom twilio account, all the sensitive information is in the event correctly as well as the country codes and numbers, but there error says this 

"No SMS was sent because SMS is not supported for the 'FREE' pricing plan when using a custom Twilio account."
I have an upgraded twilio account so im not sure why this is giving me this error.

If anyone has any ideas that would be great. Thanks

I assume this message is coming fom AppSheet? If yes, is your app deployed or in Prototype mode?

Your Appsheet plan must be starter or core

Or.. if you set the app back to Prototype mode, it probably work without the error message.
