Is there a way to save a copy of the email that is sent by a Bot within the app so that i can use that as proof it was sent during an audit?
Basically we have to retain communication of various steps we take, this communication is being performed by a Bot (email sent to customer). I was trying to see if I could retain a copy of that communication within the app itself as proof of this process taking place. So maybe just have "documents" of the email saved in the table somewhere that we can refer back to when required during audits of the process.
