Save pdf document created with info from different row

Hi guys:

I have one table that storages a list of ACTIVITIES, which are assigned and performed by different users. Each user who works in the activities must record a qualitative report for any activity in which he works. QUALITATIVE REPORTS are stored in another table, including their IDkeys and also the associated Activity ID. It means that one of the activities (in the ACTITITY table) could have a “n” number of associated reports (in the QUALITATIVE REPORTS table). What I want to do is generate a pdf document that includes the general information of activities stored in ACTIVITY tables, followed by a summary (created with the data in the row) of each qualitative report (associated with the activity) made by the users.

How could I create it?

Just to ask, it is posible to save an Word (doc) instead a PDF attachment? One of our apps is used by users with límited computer knowledge, and requires summary report that they uses to generate final reportes for donors.

I’m afraid Word document is not possible at this moment.
