Scan QR code and get the information filled in a form

Hi,

I have a table with use information and an unique QR code associated with each user. Is it possible to scan the QR Code and trigger a new form prefilled with user information and some other fields to be store in a new table?

Yes, this should be possible if the QR code encodes an AppSheet app link/deep link.
