Scan and search template

I am trying to copy the scan and search template to find my product details by scanning a Q code, but It will not go the the filtered view I request in actions, I cannot seen to find out why. Everything Matches the template but my Q codes are actually in the spreadsheet not in a virtual column.

Im not really sure what to send you but this is the action im trying to make work using the scanner form

This is a slice view showing the Bar codes that are made from the Descriptions which is a key column in the items

and the table which im using for a items slice view for the product details

Yay Ive done it , just took it all out and started again , thank you all for your support and help

what i think was wrong is I didnt have the action starting because it was not appearing in the dropdown list so i could not pick it
