Schedule action or automation

Hi Guys!

Is there a way to schedule automation or action without deploying app?

I am trying to schedule an action that shifts column values towards left hand side daily at 12am.

I believe for scheduled event BOTs, the app needs to be deployed. The app editor clearly displays that warning.

However you can always check whether the BOT is set up correctly even when the app is not deployed by tapping on the Run button associated with the BOT. However , as mentioned, you will be unable to trigger it at the scheduled time without deploying it. The "Run" button is like "on demand" testing.
