Scheduling Tasks based on Selected Data

We have Plant Sowing Data with Sowing Date, Area, Crop name.
We need to have a view to show the

1. Medicine Type / Medicine Name after particular no.of days from sown date. (Reference from Medicine Table)
   Based on the Crop selected.
   Appreciate any help.

I have list of persons. I would enter their details on a weekly basis.
I need a UX option where I need the list of persons whom I am meeting today.
How shall I achieve this.
