Security Filter show only specific rows to a specific useremail

hi, 
A have a view with diffrent orders inside.

My plan is now to allow user test@mail.com to see only rows that contain "sales in test".
can i achive this with security filter?
The problem is, other users should see all the entrys in the same data

i played around slices, but i dont want a new view for that. 
am i completly wrong?
