Send Details Icon

I want that if Shopify is selected in the channel column, then the icon to send email should be shown above the details. it's Possible or not?

I am not sure what you want to achieve, but looks like you want an action button to be displayed which should be displayed on when Channel is "Shopify". 

It's possible. 

Go to the Behavior - Actions - action button - "Send Email" -

in the

a) Behavior - Only if this condition is true - give it as [Channel]="Shopify"

b) Display - "display prominently". - will display at top. "Display in line" - Display it in the right corner after the Shopify.

When I make a bot, my first bot fire condition gets replaced by my secord bot fire condition. Why is this happening.
