Send a Monthly Report

Hi!

I want to create a Report that will be sent monthly.
The report must contain all the services done during the month for every client.

Exemple:

Tremblay

• 05/05/2019, Repairs
• 07/05/2019, Warranty

Smith
-02/05/2019, Request

• 18/05/2019, Change order

I don’t know how to express that in my gSheet
