Send email to subjects and allow them to edit their own record only.

Hello guys,

I am creating an app where I add records with Parent1Email and Parent2Email, I want, after I create the record, to send them an email where they can see and edit their record only, and not allow them to navigate to other records, because they can swipe right or left and see other data.

How can I do that? please help.
