Child table is Lab Case Photos

I have a simple automation to send an email with a PDF attachment when a new record is added to the Lab Cases table. I'd like to include photos added to the child table (they are added at the same time from the Add New Case form) in the same email as "additional attachments" matching the case # from the parent table. Our lab then receives the pdf notification with all the case details and all associated photos. I understand the theory behind executing the automation after the child table is updated but I am struggling to pull it off.
