Send the entire excel sheet as a amil

I have small community where the users things will keep updating so here i am using appsheet to send a pdf document which i will take print and update but the problem i am able to update only one record i want pdf all the old records as well as new records.

Hello, If i understood correctly, you want to generate a document with all your data, you can do that using template documents:

Thanks for the reply i know how to make a template and attachment as pdf for a single record that is updated but i am not understanding  how  to  do it for the full google sheet data to be sent as a pdf even there is a small update or Add in the App.

You should look into start expressions, those allow you to show complete lists of records in your documents:
