Sending WhatsApp message workflow after

Hi,

I have a visitor signup form app. The app sends confirmation email with all the details provided to the visitors email account after form submission. I also want to send a confirmation via WhatsApp.

I was wondering whether there is a sample app or someone who has already done this using workflow.
