Sending an email from a workflow rule

I have an app that ends with a question asking to email. It is a yes/no question. I =[Email] = “true” on the IF THIS IS TRUE condition. I have my appsheet account email listed under the To field on the DO THIS.

When I test the app it does not send the email. If I go under the TEST function is reads success under results and if I hit the send button on the test page it sends.

I am guessing I am missing the trigger. Thanks for any help you can give.

Nevermind. I had the WHEN THIS HAPPENS set to updates only. I changed it to ADDS and now it works.
