Sending mails with appsheet

I was wondering how the security of the "send email" automation is secured. 

So what kind of security measures are in place for sending emails from an appsheet app to outlook?

Well, Outlook is just an email client, unless you refer to Microsoft implementation of email server.
In any case, what is your precise concern about security? Sending an email to the wrong person? Trying to prevent going to spam?

If i want to send personal details about someone in a pdf in a email from an appsheetapp to somebody else. How is this email secured from AppSheet to the receiving party?

Just as secure as any other email sent with any other email provider.

Do you want any security feature in particular?
