Separate names and show them with out a comma ","

Hello!
I want to know if there is a way I can separate and show Names separated by a comma; I have a spreadsheet where I have a column with some names, for example, "Diego Sanchez, Brian Smith, Michael Douglas" I need to separate those names by the comma and then show only the first one when grouped on a view.
