Set Values on another table when new row created

I need to change values on another table when a new record is created and they need to be within the date range of the new entry.

When a new row is created on table "Paychecks" I need to change on table "Timepunch" where [Date in] >= new entry on Paychecks[from] and <= new entry on Paychecks[To] the Column [Paid] to "True". 

I'm not having luck with the search function.  Any help would be great, thanks.
