Setting Ref Column to Blank/NULL/Nothing after initial Assignment

Hi 

I have an App where I have an Action owner which is a Ref to a User table.

Ordinarily I will assign a user an Action.   However, under certain conditions I need to completely remove the assigned user from the Action leaving the Action Owner Column (a Ref to User table) completely Blank.

When initiating a new action there is no value set - I need to recreate this Blank Field but am stuck...

No sure what you mean by this.

Why can't you just delete the Action Owner column data by editing the row??

EDITED: You have UNchecked "required" attribute for the ref column, correct?

🙂 You make a good point...and something I completely overlooked!
Sometimes the answer is staring you in the face, I looked back at the error and it was giving me the answer - you are right...
