I use a third party VPN and I want to know how I can set up the AppSheet phone dialer.
A VPN shouldnโt matter as that relates to data and not calls.
The dialer is there mainly to work on mobile phones. But maybe you could setup TAPI so it works on a computer. Not sure, never done it.

If you install the App on your mobile phone the call and SMS links should work the same as pulling a contact form off your phone
VOIP, depends on your phone and your PC. If its a Windows PC then you need to setup TAPI - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephony_Application_Programming_Interface
Probably better to get in your IT guys or the people who setup your phones to do this
