Should it be better to build another app or stay within the same app

I made a few months ago an estimation app for my collision repair center, and want to go beyond with a CRM and a shop management tool. However, I don't know if I should keep it within the same app, or simply start a new app and connect them together. What would be the best way ?

This is probably something only you can decide. It would be a very subjective decision, influenced by many factors. You've given extremely little detail for anyone else to make the decision for you. This is a decision that you could hire a knowledgeable consultant to help you make. I, personally, certainly wouldn't put much effort into helping someone make this decision unless they were paying me, because it would require a lot of background detail.
