Show If expressions

How do I correctly write show if statements to limit views for other users of the app.

(Contains({USEREMAIL}, "steve@jobs.co.uk"))

This loads, but the account I am on now can still see the view, I don't know how to write the if statement for this. 

Any suggestions?
