Show button in main view (execute an action on a set of row) and not after select items

Hi,

i've an action and i'd like to show its button when i'm in the view, near "aggiungi" and not when click on Select items.: is it possible ?

I have a similar need and at the moment I find that it hides the buttons whose action is data change.
I think it is a lack of the system. I understand that it does not allow a button associated with the change of "a row" since there is no row selected but the change action in several rows, since the rows on which it is applied must be manually defined in the action, should be allowed. It can also be a fairly common need for many things.
