Show data from another table and sum that information

I am developing an app for a restaurant and they want to calculate the daily tips per server, so all the tips are divided between the hours that all the servers worked in the day to calculate how much tips per hour, my problem is that I dont know yet how to show how many hours worked each server and how much money on tips he maked 

The number of hours per server I already put it in in a form and with a enumlist ref I choose the servers who work on each day but the problem is to show and sum the tips per server per date
