Is it possible to show information from a column without being able to edit it in a form?

I want to display the:
Item code: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Item name: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Actual quantity: ____________ <<< I only want the user to be able to enter info in this field.

Set the option called "Editable" as OFF from those columns definitions..or  specify it for example with the user's email address.

Doesn't setting Editable to Off hides the column from the form?

I ended up using a detail view card layout with quick edit columns.

It works for me.

If you have a value already in that record, it grays the value, but it shows what it is.
