Show part of document with if Condition

Could any one help me as I have generated a template document but I need to show Part of it based on condition 

I Try this If way but I think this way is wrong

Why do you think it's wrong? Does it not work? Is that column a Yes/No type? If so, you can get rid of the "=Yes" part.

BLANK() is not a function, ISBLANK() is.
