Showing data between two dates

Hello

I have a slice of table "overview" with rows showing date and values on that particular date. 

I would like to allow user to select data to be shown between two selected dates in a VIew. 

How to do that ?

I tried that and found it very useful. Still it is not working as I could not create extend dashboard
