Signature is not always displayed - Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500

All my signatures are saved by default with the app owners user in the default location.
Why some of them are not accesible and others they’re?
I mean, I can see the signatures saved correctly in the folder through Google Drive but not with Appsheet.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () is the error seen in the browser. Folder is accesible to all the public in view mode.
