Smartsheet and appsheet not updating

I use Smartsheet as my backend. At 3am and noon a series of rows are added to the primary sheet, the rows are then moved to another sheet at the end of the day so each day it is blank when the 3am row creation occurs. It seems that unless I go into Smartsheet and force a save of the sheet AppSheet will not see the new rows. Anyone else experienced this behavior?

Can you explain this a little bit further?

This happens after a sync? Since AppSheet is not a real time platform you won't see the new rows if you don't update.

Are you using some kind of delta-sync or server cache feature?
