[Solved] Make an automatic recurring task based on the Count value & Cycle (number of days)

Hi everyone,  I'm trying to make a recurring task based on values entered in Count and Cycle (number of days).

I've came up with the following result (screen print below), that each row can be duplicated MANUALLY by clicking on the paperplane icon, and the count value does get reduced on the new row which as been added, however....

This is not an automatic action, and if I were to click on one of the previous rows, it would also duplicate that row twice!

I've tried to follow the instructions from Steve & Austin's posts, however, their description and interface layout seems to be different from my current version, so I'm a bit lost in the process.

Can anyone please help me on how to make my current Action automatically applies according to the count number by adding the cycle (number of days) to the date value from the previous row
