Somma in un enumlist

Ho dei dati di tipo testo su una enumlist.... Come faccio a fare il totale di quante volte compare un nome in una enumlist? Ovvero su una colonna ho tipo "pera,mela" sulla riga dopo ho "limone, pera, mela", sulla riga sucessiva "limone, melaco" come faccio a contare quante volte compare la pera?

  1. You can have a "Fruits" table.
  2. The EnumList column should be a list of Ref to the "Fruits" table. 
  3. In the "Fruits" table, you can have a column calculating the occurrences of each fruit in the referencing table.

Ok mi servirebbe una mano, praticamente ho bisogno di contare quante volte compare un cognome es. "tecchio" in questa tabella (ovvero dovrei contare un numero di presenze allenamento per intendersi) presenze.png

It is the same as I told you, just replace "fruits" with "Names".
