Sort Order, how to invert?

I have an RSS feed coming in but the display shows oldest (Row2) story at the top and then you have to scroll down because new stories populate at the bottom (Row 200+).

I want the newest row to display first and then sort down by date. I have tried scripts and mirroring sheets but I am having no luck.

If this is for displaying purpose, you have this option in the UX settings, if you want:
