Sporadic Report Failure

Hi,

I have many different apps that run Bot reports.
All work flawlessly when configured correctly.

But there is one app that will sporadically not run the report or say it is completed but never send anything.
This first happened a couple months ago. I looked into it, the report ran when manually requested.
It seemed ok so I left it. The next week it didnt run again. Once again worked when manually ran.
Then I moved the trigger time from 5pm AEST Sunday to 4:55pm.
It has worked flawlessly for a month or so now.

The problem has just returned. Looking into the bot monitoring it states that it ran and completed with: "Email Attachment TextLength":7248" This makes me think it did actually run. For some reason neither of the emails its addressed to received the email.

Just do get the basics out of the way, The report condition is TRUE so it will always run, It is set to bypass security filters, as mentioned it runs when manually triggers, It creates a CSV attachment.

Any help would be very appreciated!

It has not gone to the spam or junk folders.
