Spurious TASKs have appeared in Automation?

I certainly did not create them and they have strange names that I would not have useed? Such as “Save Report_Save PDF Building Report”

TBH Actions and Workflows is a much more simple approach!

I have noticed these names being generated when a Workflow is converted to a Bot. Have you performed such a conversion recently?

No. I haven’t done any conversions (And don’t want to! No end of bugs might be uncovered)

Hi,

For the current “Workflow” & “Report” under the “Behavior” tab, when you add a new “step” (say a PDF generating step) to “Run these tasks…”, there will be a corresponding task created.
This is to facilitate the migration of “Workflow & Report” to “Automation” later on. And before that happens, these tasks’ existences should have no impact on the “Workflow & Report”.
