Start: SELECT() in document template

Hi guys, once again struggling with the above configuration for a bot. The bot requires to run on a daily schedule and is set up as:

E-mail is then set to custom template with the following expression to give all the records for a particular e-mail address:

<<start: FILTER("0Data: Referrals",[Referee E-mail]=“AN EMAIL ADDRESS”))>>

Name: <<[Name]>>

Options: <<[Options]>>

Days Waiting <<[Days Waiting]>>

<<[End]>>

I'd like this in a table format but firstly and foremostly would love if it didn't produce a blank e-mail when i try to preview it. I save the app after every change as someone mentioned this was an issue with previewing e-mails but no change. Blank e-mail.

Rownumber in the table is the primary key.

Can anyone (probably Steve) help with this?

Would it be easier to add an additional table where you would have referee emails only once?

Honestly, probably. I can do this without any issue but would prefer to have something working out of AppSheet.
