Stock replenishment

Hello. I manage a team that makes stock replenishment and i would like to make a simple app where they could register the number of pallets they replenish and the department where it belong. I have already made one but it dosent change day. The objective was to understand how many pallets every single person can replenish and witch were the departments with more pallets.

I would like to have a app that every element of the team could enter and register the number of pallets they have replenished and in what departments. Something like this.
