Strange application behavior

I ask you for help, I have a strange behavior in the application, when I insert and update a date in a field, it writes it correctly both in the application and in the online Excel database, if I synchronize the application again, the previous date is inserted, but in the sheet Excel remains the correct one, do you have any suggestions?

It sounds like your column types don't match in AppSheet and Excel. Have you checked them?
