Sum all numbers found in text

Is it possible for AppSheet to provide a sum of numbers found in text as a value in a virtual column?

If I get a Form entry of "500 registration, 500 travel, 120 per diem" is there an expression I can use so that the aforementioned virtual column populates with 1120?

Simply providing options for separate entries for these values isn't an option, there will be too many possible variables. I didn't create the form, but I have to use its results.
