Hello,

Is anyone experiencing issues with app syncing?

So my team are sending orders and the sync button is locked. Not syncing. The weird thing is that the data in sheets is saved and the email with attachment are sent BUT in a LOOP. I’m receiving emails with the same order every minute. Like 6 same orders a minute. What is going on?

Ok. So after 20 minutes sync went through and all is good now. So maybe there was a problem with the callback and the app wasn’t notified that data was saved and all emails sent?
