Syncing Problem

Hey guys! One of our employees is having issues with her app syncing. Here is a video of what is happening.

She has an iPhone and has made sure that she has good service for the syncing.

What else can she do? She has 16 changes on there that haven’t been uploaded yet and we don’t want to loose the information.

Doesn’t appear we can access the video. It look like its on Slack and only users int he workspace can see it?

Ok I’m having trouble getting the video uploaded. Basically it says “Syncing Changes” but goes back and forth between 1/5 to 4/5,etc. Almost goes backwards. And never fully syncs.
