I need to create a system applied to my therapy appointments, but I don't know which model is the most suitable, can you help me? I see patients weekly, I need to do the patient's evolution in each session. In evolution, I need to mark some skills that the patient can do. It has about 100 possible skills, in 10 different subtopics, and to make a system that has the dynamics of opening the checkboxes in each subtopic. I need to export the marked skills to a printable document, which contains the complete sentences such as "the patient was able to do skills 'x', 'y' and 'z', on equipment 'a', 'b' and 'c' respectively" . I need to make a monthly work plan forecast, for each month, which follows the same structure as the evolutions. At the end of the month, I need to export all the evolutions to a single document called "report", which summarizes all the information marked in the evolutions, can anyone help me in choosing the model?
