I have 3 tables with the same structure, from diferent files.  I want a view (table) that joins the three tables.

Any reasons why you can't just manually cut-and-paste them in to one table?  Often this is the simplest option.

It is a process in which each user uploads information to their own table (recurringly), and there is a supervisor who must enter to review and approve each new record. It would be more expensive if you have to use a view for each table when there are several users, and even worse if you have to go to the user tables to copy and paste to the summary table.

I can't let all users make records directly to the summary table because I would have to give everyone editor access to the summary table and it's not appropriate.
